NOTICE: INVITATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

As a result of enactment of the Companies Act, 2013 and a recent judgment by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (“NCLAT”) would soon be constituted as consolidated fora for adjudication of matters, which are currently under the jurisdiction of:

• Company Law Board
• Company Court in each High Court
• Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction and Appellate Authority of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction

Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants would be eligible to appear before NCLT and NCLAT, thus, opening a new era of practice for each of the aforesaid professionals.

Accordingly, the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Bar Association hereby invites you to register yourself as a member with National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Bar Association.

The application form for membership can be downloaded from the website of National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, i.e. www.ncltandatbar.com, and is also available at the address mentioned below. Upon due filling up of the form the same can be submitted, together with the necessary documents, at the following address, between 10.00 am to 6.00 on a working day:
